EUROPE
Yerka Europa SL ships to all Europe. All packages shipped within Europe are handled via TNT (www.tnt.com). Orders, or Pre Orders delivered from Chile to Europe will be handled either by Correos de Chile (www.correos.cl) or DHL (www.dhl.com) depending on the shipping method selected by the customer. Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. The following rates apply to Europe only. Shipping rates and options are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process. Orders shipped within Europe typically arrive within 2 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday not including holidays). Orders and Pre Orders shipped from Chile vary typically from 3 to 7 business days (delivered by DHL) to 3 to 4 weeks (delivered by Correos de Chile).
Accessories purchased will be shipped separately from the main Yerka delivery. They are handled and shipped by third parties, and typically arrive within 4 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding local holidays).
RETURNS
You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 30 calendar days of their delivery. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the garment/product has not been used and is not damaged. Mailed Returns or Exchanges must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We strongly suggest insuring your return packages. Yerka Europa SL is not responsible for lost packages. Refunds will be paid to your credit card or PayPal account, and normally take 7 to 14 days before your account is credited.

WEBSHOP WARRANTY
This Warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser, who must produce proof of purchase in order to validate any claim. This warranty is not transferable to anyone else.
For how long does this Warranty last? The Yerka bicycle is warranted for two (2) years. Yerka Europa SL will replace the frame at no charge, should it fail in any weld point when the cycle has been used in a normal manner, and determined by our inspection. Yerka Europa SL will also replace the bicycle fork if it should fail at any weld point. You must receive prior authorization from our Customer Service, before returning any product or parts. All other components are warranted against defects for six months from the date of purchase when properly assembled and used in a normal manner.
What does this Warranty cover? This Limited Warranty covers all parts of the bicycle to be free of defects in workmanship and materials.
What must you do to keep the Warranty in effect? This Warranty is effective only if: - The bicycle is completely and correctly assembled. - The bicycle is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose, by a person that properly fits and is capable of controlling the bicycle. - The bicycle receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.
What is not covered by this Warranty? This warranty does not include labour and transportation charges. The bicycle is designed for general transportation and recreational use only. This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, paint, rust, normal maintenance items, personal injury or any damage, failure, or loss that is caused by accident, improper assembly, maintenance, adjustment, storage, or use of the bicycle. This Warranty will be void if the bicycle is ever:
– Used in any competitive sport. - Used for stunt riding, jumping, aerobatics or similar activity. - Installed with a motor or modified in any other way. - Ridden by more than one person at a time. - Rented or used for commercial purposes. - Used in a manner contrary to the instructions in this Owner’s Manual. Yerka Bikes will not be liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage, due directly or indirectly from use of this product.
What will YERKA do? We will replace, without charge to you, any frame, fork, or component found to be defective by Yerka. Mailed Returns or Exchanges must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We strongly suggest insuring your return packages.
How do you get service? Email the Customer Service Department at info@yerkaproject.com 24/7. All warranty claims should be made to Yerka Europa SL.
What rights do I have? This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from Country to Country.
Yerka Europa SL (YERKA Bikes) takes no responsibility for any theft or attempt of theft, while riding or not, of the bicycle, nor any damage caused to the frame or to the integrated security system. The integrated security system does not make the bicycle impossible to steal, and it is only intended as a deterrent or distractor in case of theft.
